~Shades of Blue~

I don’t think I have ever been so excited to feel so blue! We found out yesterday that this gorgeous tiny person growing inside me is a little man…. our beautiful baby boy. We are so thrilled, excited and totally head over heels in love. He was such a sweet little peanut too. Despite me eating two chocolate bars and drinking a bottle of apple juice, he slept the whole time during his ultrasound… curled up… so peaceful and happy. It is such an incredible feeling to be able to talk about the baby and refer to him as “he”. I rub my belly now and feel like I know our precious boy a little better. Life is so sweet sometimes. It was definitely one of the most wonderful days of my life… getting my first glimpse of our son.
