How could I resist a day at the beach frolicking with my friends’ kids in the sand? What is extra special is that these are the beaches I grew up around. It felt so great to not only take a day to unwind, relax and catch up but to capture these gorgeous souls as well. I can’t believe how big they are all getting! The first session I am blogging are Austin and Sophie. Austin loves, loves, loves the camera! He is at that age where it is really hard to get a natural and spontaneous smile out of him but he definitely had me in stitches with his model moves. He was a great help with scouting out new locations too! He recently lost his teeth and I love that we captured him at this stage with that beautiful toothless smile. Then there is gorgeous, petite Sophie. She was a natural in front of the camera and didn’t find it strange that I was following her around and photographing her playing at her cottage. Some of my favorite photos of her are when we went off on our own just as the sun was setting. We had a great chat and the light was so pink and pretty that night! Oh my God Kerianne! I can’t believe these pics. I am so jealous….lol… I am trying to be patient, trust me! Sophie is beautiful. I was there almost the entire time and I don’t know how you do it! I am sure Jason and Tracy will be thrilled! These are all amazing! Great job!
